Bearing blocks

The Geha bearing blocks combine long service life with minimum maintenance. The blocks are designed for 32,000 maintenance-free operating hours and can also transmit powers from 5 to 90 kW. The drive is undertaken either using a V-belt or toothed belt. The shaft has double bearings for quick assembly and optimum alignment. The bearing housings are hot-dip galvanised for a long service life and the sealing faces are made from stainless steel.

Bearing blocks are available with shaft stubs or with a fixed (welded) flange on one end. The advantage of a fixed flange compared to a shaft stud is simple assembly: heating is not necessary and damage arising from assembly errors is excluded. Special types of bearing blocks with, for example, hollow shaft, re-lubrication possibilities, anti-rotation device or with extra protection against extreme cold or heat, are also available.
